The prestigious honor was bestowed by the reputed Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM). Notably, the institution clinched the sixth position amongst mid-sized companies within the state.

Every year, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the KYSHRM jointly hold the awards ceremony. This event aims to applaud the commitment of 100 esteemed Kentucky companies that excel in creating rewarding and positive workplace environments. The 20th annual ceremony saw SKYCTC leading the way, adhering to the rigorous selection process, which categorizes firms into small (15-149 employees), medium (150-499 employees), and large (500+ employees) based on comprehensive employee surveys conducted exclusively within Kentucky.
