Rockfield, Ky – In a shocking turn of events in Warren County, two individuals were apprehended following a gunshot-related incident. As per the local law enforcement agency, the Sheriff’s Office was mobilized to Petros Browning Road during the early hours of Monday due to a reported gunfire.
The reporting individual claimed having heard several gunshots before noticing suspects fleeing the scene. They were able to tail the vehicle at a safe distance while updating the dispatchers about the culprits’ whereabouts.
The officers subsequently conducted a felony vehicle stop after spotting the reported vehicle at the intersection of Russellville Road and Interstate 165. The vehicle’s driver, a 21-year-old Louisville resident, Noah Bizor, initially refused to comply with the officers, raising suspicions of possible armed resistance. His compliance followed ascent.
The second suspect, Jaden Massey, 23, from Bowling Green, was also apprehended. He confessed to the presence of firearms in the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of three loaded handguns, an assault rifle, multiple loaded ammunition magazines, and two packets of marijuana.
Upon interrogating Massey, he admitted to having fired several rounds into the ground as part of a friend’s birthday celebration. An inspection of the reported scene validated his claim as multiple shell casings were found littered across the location with no visible bullet holes.
While Biyor will face charges concerning first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, and second-degree wanton endangerment against a police officer, Massey, revealed to be a convicted felon in Florida, will be charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
A third suspect, Thomas White, an 18-year-old passenger in the back seat, also confessed to discharging his firearm in the air and possessing one of the marijuana bags found in the vehicle. He too was subsequently arrested and will face charges of first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of marijuana.
Despite the severity of their crimes, all three suspects were released following their booking at the Warren County Jail. The firearms and drugs retrieved from their vehicle were seized as evidence for their upcoming trials. It is yet to be seen how these events will unfold before the courts, keeping in mind the severity of the charges and the past criminal history of the suspects involved.
