UPDATE: Missing Teen Found Safe in Bowling Green

In a fortunate turn of events, a 17-year-old girl reported missing late Sunday afternoon in Bowling Green, Kentucky has been safely found. The Bowling Green Police Department confirms that Alexia Abston from Karen Circle, previously reported missing, has been located and is safe.

An Uneventful Sunday Turns Upside Down

The Bowling Green Police Department received the report of the missing girl around noontime on Sunday. Family members noted Alexia Abston’s unexpected absence. Alexia was last seen donning white Jordan sneakers with a red-orange Nike swoosh, although her full attire at the time is still unclear.

According to the report, the teenager was last seen at her home in Karen Circle, Bowling Green. As soon as the police were alerted, an appeal was made to the public, urging anyone with information on Alexia’s whereabouts to come forward.

Community Awareness Key to Happy Reunion

Following the report, the Bowling Green Police Department immediately initiated a search for Alexia with assistance from local community members. As details of Alexia’s disappearance circulated on social media, the Bowling Green community rallied together, ensuring the rapid dissemination of the news.
