This significant investment announcement comes merely a year after SCS established its first $27 million facility at the Transpark. Second Big Leap: SCS Expanding Horizons in Bowling Green

Ron Bunch, the esteemed President and CEO of the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce, publicly expressed his excitement. He lauds this as SCS’s second major project within a brief span, with the first one nearing completion in close proximity. Additionally, the new transfer and distribution center anticipates 30 full-time jobs for residents of south-central Kentucky – a promising prospect for the region’s workforce.

Construction for the center is planned on a large-scale site tucked behind Constellium. The center is expected to initially cover a substantial space of 200,000 square feet with potential expansion up to 300,000 square feet.
