Isaacs, a well-respected educator, and administrator has been named the new principal of Warren Central High School. Starting his duties on July 1, Isaacs is no stranger to the school having served as the assistant principal in the recent years.
Racking up eight years of experience under his belt, Isaacs has proven his dedication and commitment to Warren Central High School. His journey began as the Dean of Students, evolving significantly through the years, ultimately leading to this well-deserved promotion.
“Warren Central has been my home for the last 8 years and during that time I have had the privilege of working alongside and learning from the best staff, students, and community partners that anyone could ask for,” Isaacs said.
Isaacs’ contribution to WCPS extends far beyond his roles in administration. He has also played the part of the building assessment coordinator, interventionist, and teacher. His expertise in managing school-wide testing schedules for state assessments is a major highlight of his resume, alongside his dedication to fostering student growth through various relationships.
“He recognizes the importance of developing positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community partners in an environment centered around high expectations and consistent accountability for all stakeholders,” commented Superintendent Rob Clayton of Warren County Public Schools.
Isaacs obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish with a minor in biology from Western Kentucky University in 2014. He later pursued a Masters in Education from the University of the Cumberlands in 2018. This impressive educational journey culminated in his gaining principal certification in 2021 from WKU.
Acknowledging the immense responsibility that comes with this new journey, Isaacs expressed his excitement to play a part in the next chapter of the Warren Central High School legacy. “I want to personally thank the SBDM council and Mr. Clayton for their vote of confidence in me. This is an amazing opportunity.” He also added that his family, friends, and colleagues have been a strong support system to him and he’s keen to turn his vision into a reality for the school.
Isaacs’ new endeavor as the principal of Warren Central High School begins on July 1.
