This past weekend, Bowling Green came alive with excitement as Holley Performance Brands successfully wrapped up its annual Holley LS Fest East at Beech Bend Raceway Park. The three-day festival drew an impressive crowd of nearly 45,000 passionate automotive enthusiasts, celebrating everything related to LS and LT-powered vehicles.
The event kicked off with a bang, showcasing an array of thrilling races, exhibitions, and automotive challenges that catered to a wide variety of motor sports fans. Participants and attendees enjoyed a vibrant atmosphere filled with the sights and sounds of high-performance vehicles, all just minutes away from Holley’s headquarters.
“This year’s event was our most successful Holley LS Fest yet, and the excitement over the course of the weekend – among enthusiasts and our Holley teams – was palpable,” noted Matthew Stevenson, president and CEO of Holley Performance Brands. His sentiment resonated throughout the event as attendees were visibly excited to experience the various offerings available.
More than 2,752 vehicles participated in the festivities, setting new records for participation, showcasing the dedication and enthusiasm of the automotive community. Many attendees came from far and wide to embrace the LS and LT engines that have become a staple in modern performance vehicles.
Stevenson emphasized the importance of connecting with automotive fans during such events. “It’s inspiring to connect with automotive enthusiasts in such a tangible way. Beyond being able to provide unforgettable experiences for them, we appreciate the opportunity to engage firsthand, gather valuable insights from our customers, and learn more about their passion for performance,” he said. This close interaction allowed Holley to better understand what their audience wants and needs in the automotive market.
As Holley LS Fest East celebrates its success, the event series continues with more to look forward to. The festival is the largest of Holley’s flagship events and is part of a broader series that includes LS Fest Texas in Fort Worth and LS Fest West in Las Vegas. The Holley event season is set to close later this month with two more key events at Beech Bend Raceway Park: Holley MoParty running from September 13-15 and the Holley Ford Festival from September 26-29.
The Holley LS Fest East has proven itself as a major highlight in the automotive calendar with its blend of high-octane excitement, community spirit, and a deep appreciation of performance vehicles. With thousands turning out to participate and enjoy, it is clear that the passion for automotive culture remains strong. As fans look ahead to more events, Holley’s commitment to enhancing the automotive experience continues to resonate within the community.
