Graves Gilbert Clinic Boosts Primary Care Accessibility in Bowling Green

Bowling Green, KY: Crowned with the mission to ensure quality healthcare is easily accessible, Graves Gilbert Clinic recently put out that it’s stepping up its primary healthcare game by a solid 20%. This boost is all thanks to the roping in of two new providers in town – The Allen Clinic and Bowling Green Medical Clinic.

With this expansion, the clinic is set to rev up the primary care support that’s being outgrown by the community big time. “Primary care is a big deal for a lot of reasons. The community is growing rapidly and primary care is really having its moment in the sun”, said Mike D’Eramo, CEO of Graves Gilbert Clinic, about the expansion.

Stating the motive behind the move, the company laid down that it seeks to boost the standard of care accessibility to its patient base. They aim to make the patients more embedded in what is referred to as their value-based care programs. D’Eramo stated, “We intend to manage your information, manage your course of care, and inject more resources into these practices.” Graves Gilbert envisions a future where these groups of patients realize, “Okay, now I know where my healthcare is headed.”

D’Eramo mentioned that these two spots in southcentral Kentucky were handpicked due to the buzz they generate. Bowl Green Medical Group and the airport area being on one hand, and the Allen clinic at Campbell with all its growth on the Nashville road and Campbell itself on the other. “They’re both set in top-notch locations from a marketing standpoint,” he added.

The expansion wave brings in assets to the Graves Gilbert Clinic network in the form of healthcare providers like Joseph R Allen, MD; Freda Hubbard, APRN; Todd Douglas, MD; Kamala Brooks, APRN; Melodye Campbell, APRN and Tiffany A. Bryant, PA-C. The clinic considers itself fortunate to have got a stellar team of physicians and nurse practitioners onboard.

A recent market study reflected a shortfall of around 200 doctors in the region, a majority of that being in the primary care segment. “I believe we could bring in 30 new primary care physicians and still not meet all the needs that we have in this region of Kentucky”, felt D’Eramo. It’s being predicted that the expansion is going to give a substantial facelift to the primary healthcare support in the area.

Prior to the expansion, both the practices were associated with Tri-Star Greenview Hospital. They officially join the Graves Gilbert circle on the 1st of August. “Dr Allen and Dr Douglas are both tremendous physicians and we are lucky to have them at our clinic. We’re looking forward to seeing them prosper,” expressed D’Eramo.
