Mark Thornburg, Chief Operating Officer at Bluegrass Hospitality Group that owns Drakes shared his enthusiasm regarding their Bowling Green venture. He noted, “We’ve been looking in Bowling Green for a long time… We have, a lot of cheerleaders, if you will, a lot of guests that travel back and forth to Lexington that have been big fans of Bluegrass Hospitality Group for years now.”
