Exciting changes are on the way for a patch of downtown Bowling Green. Long-standing vacant land nestled alongside the Stadium Park Plaza parking garage is ready to undergo some fundamental transformations. In a fortunate turn of events, donated items along with lower labor costs mean the entire bill for the project is expected to come in at under $100,000.
