Bowling Green: Massively Enthusiastic Corvette Caravan on the Way!

A wave of excitement is about to hit Bowling Green, KY, folks! And who are we waiting for? None other than thousands of avid Corvette enthusiasts around the globe! They’ll be rolling into town to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the much-loved National Corvette Museum on the upcoming Labor Day weekend.

To commemorate 30 glorious years, the museum has decided to host a magnificent National Corvette Caravan, scheduled for August 28 through September 1, 2024. This impressive Caravan is not new here as it was initiated way back during the museum’s grand opening in 1994. As the time arrives, prepare yourself to witness thousands of Corvettes rumbling down the roads!

The Corvette owners participating in the festival are joining the caravan from far and wide, be it from Washington State, California, or New England. Interestingly, the camaraderie of Corvette is not limited to the U.S; it has roped in individuals from Canada, Australia, and Europe too! So, get ready as they start their journey from various starting points and converge at the Corvette-lovers paradise – Bowling Green.

Bowling Green is all set to experience the Corvette takeover, supported by the Bowling Green Convention and Visitors Bureau. And how will they feel welcome? Look up! Flags at the Beautifi-65 welcome sign installations are being switched to coveted checkered flags! Everywhere you go in town, you are bound to be awed by the sight of an incoming fleet of 4000 Corvettes driven by 8000 Corvette fans zooming through the Interstates and Scottsville Road.

But hold on! The fun doesn’t stop there! A free concert, featuring Generation Radio, is on the schedule for August 31, at the Circus Square Park in downtown Bowling Green, KY. Trust us; you won’t want to miss the vibes created by these musicians from Rascal Flatts, Chicago, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. All you have to do is bring your lawn chairs, find a cozy spot, and relax! And if you’re wondering about food, don’t fret! Food trucks will be present on-site to fuel your fun.
