Buc-ee’s to Host First Responders Day Prior to Grand Opening

Smiths Grove, Ky. – In an unprecedented act of community appreciation, the renowned travel center, Buc-ee’s has announced plans to host a special event dedicated to local first responders and their families. Offering complimentary meals and beverages, the pre-launch occasion dubbed ‘First Responders Day’ is dated for the 21st of June, five days ahead of its grand opening.

First Look at the New Buc-ee’s

Between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., members of responding units from the town and nearby areas will have an exclusive opportunity to get a first glimpse of the new Buc-ee’s location. On display will be the brand’s range of delicacies, featuring free samples of jerky, signature sandwiches, barbeque specialties, and a delightful array of sweets, among more offerings.

Additionally, Buc-ee’s will offer a complimentary selection of beverages, including refreshing fountain drinks, tantalizing ICEE’s, coffee, and tea.

Embracing the Heroes

The revered travel center encourages actives to turn up in their fire trucks, patrol cars, armored vehicles or ambulances. Buc-ee’s aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees, respecting the individual identities of each unique first responder unit.

Moreover, if first responders choose not to come in uniform, they can simply present a badge, shirt, hat or business card for entry. Buc-ee’s also extends a warm welcome to immediate family members of the first responders, inviting them to join in the pre-launch celebration.
