However, according to the Bowling Green Police Department, the man shown in the video did not seem to have any connection with Barbour.

The Incident as Reported

Reports from the Bowling Green Police Department suggest that the incident took place at the Midtown by Brookside Apartments. Residents complained that Barbour and an unidentified black female were seen wandering around the complex, seemingly trying to enter apartments by banging on doors.

Upon arrival of the officers, Barbour remained uncooperative and displayed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. Barbour insisted that he was merely trying to find his hotel room and even presented the officers with a key from the nearby Hyatt Hotel.

Resistance during Arrest

In the course of his arrest, Barbour engaged in aggressive behavior, causing injuries to several officers and continued with his verbal resistance at the Medical Center, launching verbal tirades against the officers and the medical staff. The Warren County Regional Jail received him in custody early on Friday.

His charges include third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree assault of a police officer, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing, and alcohol intoxication in a public place. Barbour was subsequently released later during the day.

Criminal Procedures Underway

The local authorities continue with their investigation, while legal procedures for the allegations charged against Barbour are getting underway.
