Pretrial Conference Scheduled for Bowling Green Man Accused in Murder Case

A man in Bowling Green, Kentucky, is set to face a pretrial conference on various charges, including murder, abuse of a corpse, and more. According to court documents, 26-year-old David Anthony Profitt will come forth for his pretrial conference on July 22. The charges against Profitt were brought forward following his indictment in October 2023.

As reported, the first round of the hearing took place on August 30, 2023, with detective Grimsley of the Bowling Green Police Department stating that Profitt “ultimately confessed to strangling Mrs. Hemmann to her death.”
