According to the complaint, the man, Zackary Sibalich, 29, directed his vehicle towards Friendship Church Road in Allen County using route 234.

Authorities added a distressing element to the case, suggesting that Sibalich had made a threat of shooting at law enforcement officials if they attempted to intervene. Following their ongoing investigation, the Troopers discovered the hideout of the suspect behind a resident on Cemetery Road in Allen County. As they attempted to arrest him, Sibalich put up a fight, openly resisting arrest.
