In a recent escalation of credit card thefts, the Bowling Green Police Department (BGPD) is on a manhunt for two suspects who allegedly stole credit cards from a victim’s wallet. This incident occurred at the well-known local business, Fountain Square Emporium, on the 6th of June.
Over $1,900 in Fraudulent Transactions At Sam’s Club
The unidentified suspects did not stop at stealing the credit cards. They subsequently visited Sam’s Club on Ken Bale Boulevard, where they reportedly made various fraudulent transactions. The ill-gotten exploits of these transactions amounted to over $1,900, adding a substantial financial loss to the unsuspected victim.

To expedite the suspects’ identification and apprehension, the BGPD, in collaboration with South Central Kentucky Crime Stoppers, is turning to the public for assistance.
