The West Kentucky BBQ Belt, encompassing 18 cities, was conceived not only as a standout tourist destination but also to promote and preserve the rich & flavorful tradition of Bluegrass barbecue. Aimed at mouth-watering impressions, the trail features noted BBQ joints that have long been the hidden gems of their respective cities.
Bowling Green, home to Split Tree BBQ and Smokey Pig, is now standing shoulder to shoulder with BBQ strongholds such as Owensboro, Henderson, and Russellville.
