On Thursday afternoon, Bowling Green saw an unusual incident nearby one of its busiest highways. Amid the rush of daily traffic, a vehicle wreck occurred near a building on 709 U.S. 31-W Bypass, near the Ace Hardware Marketplace.
Police were on-site shortly, responding swiftly to the situation. The quick response of the law enforcement officials prevented the situation from escalating. The affected area was cordoned off as the situation remained under control.
